Optimum Ergo, LLC is a woman-owned small business founded by lolanthe Culjak, PT, CEAS.  Iolanthe has over two decades of ergonomics and physical therapy experience.   She has focused her career on work-related injury prevention. She maximizes injury reduction through employee, safety, supervisor and company-wide training, ergonomic assessments, and general ergonomic analysis. She prides herself on being a problem solver and outside the box thinker.

Iolanthe has a special passion for the remote workforce which many times is forgotten when it comes to risk management and employee health and wellness.  She is an avid skier, runner, hiker, and fly-fisherwoman. She resides in the mountains of Colorado with her white husky and Siamese cat.
